Shipping and delivery

When it ships

Ready-made stickers leave our Delhi studio within 1–2 working days of your order. Custom stickers are printed just for you, so they take 3–7 working days after you approve the proof. Order on a Sunday or a public holiday and the clock starts the next working day.

How long delivery takes

Once it's out of the studio, most parcels arrive in 3–7days. Delhi NCR is usually quicker. Smaller towns and the North East can take a little longer. At checkout you'll see the estimate for your pincode.

What it costs

• Free on orders of ₹150 or more (the item total before any coupon).
• Below that, it's a flat ₹30 anywhere in Delhi (pincodes starting with 11) and ₹60 anywhere else in India. GST is included in both.
• We ship across India. We don't ship outside India yet.

Payment

Pay online with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets through Razorpay. We don't offer Cash on Delivery right now.

Tracking

The moment your parcel ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. Your order page always has the latest status: signed in, it's under your orders; as a guest, use the link in your order email.

Late, lost or damaged

If tracking hasn't moved for 5 days, or the parcel turns up damaged, message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier and make it right. See returns and problems for the details.
