Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from this website, run by PenPan Prints, 201/23, Gaurav Tower, PVR Complex, New Delhi 110018("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if an item turns out to be out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If that happens we'll tell you why.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees. Where a price is shown "excl. GST", GST is added at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay. Shipping is a flat ₹30 in Delhi and ₹60 anywhere else in India, GST included, and free on orders of ₹150 or more. You get a GST invoice with every order.

3. Payment

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

4. Shipping

We ship within India. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates; see shipping and delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Custom stickers and your artwork

When you upload artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to print it, and that it follows our content policy. You keep all rights to your artwork. You give us permission to print it for your order and to keep the files for as long as our privacy policysays. We can refuse any design we aren't comfortable printing, and refund you if we do.

Colours on screen and in print differ slightly. Small colour shifts aren't a defect.

6. No returns; refunds and problems

We don't accept returns or exchanges on any order. If an order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, our returns policy explains how we put it right, including reprints, replacements and refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days of approval.

7. Our designs

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or our artists. Buying a sticker lets you use that sticker; it doesn't give you the right to copy or resell the design.

8. Liability

We're responsible for getting you what you ordered, in good condition. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. If we can't sort out a problem together, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
